The EQT Support ADV is a reworking of the EQT Support 93, itself part of the Equipment range adidas built around the idea that a shoe should carry only what its sport demands and nothing decorative on top. The ADV update kept the wedge-shaped support cage across the midfoot and modernised the tooling, then a Primeknit upper replaced the original's layered mesh and suede.
Rendered without any contrast, the design reads differently. The zig-zag texture knitted into the upper does the work colour blocking usually handles, and the three-stripe cage disappears into the same white as everything around it. A band of light tan around the elastic collar is the only interruption.
The all-white pair reached retailers at the end of August 2017, part of a wider Primeknit push across the EQT range that year.
