The shell toe is the one part of a Superstar nobody usually touches. MT stands for metal toe, and that is the whole edit: the moulded cap across the front is finished in metal rather than the white rubber the model has worn since 1969, turning the shoe's most familiar element into its brightest one.
The rest is left alone so the change lands. Footwear White covers the upper, Core Black runs the serrated Three-Stripes for contrast, and the heel patch and herringbone cupsole are standard issue. A third colour is listed only as a supplier shade, which is common on older adidas spec sheets. It was a women's release priced at $150, a premium over the standard Superstar that reflects the hardware on the toe rather than any change to the underlying build.
