Radical AirFlow is the name Nike gives a knit fabric built around ventilation: an open-hole construction that channels air directly onto the skin so sweat evaporates faster. This adjustable cap applies it to headwear, with the perforated knit covering the crown so body heat can escape while running. The material is entirely polyester, and Nike says trail runners on its ACG roster tested it before release. Practical details include a pre-curved bill to keep sun out of the eyes, a low-profile crown, and an ACG-branded hook-and-loop strap at the back for adjusting fit. Dri-FIT construction handles the moisture side, and care is hand wash.
The cap comes in Anthracite, a dark grey applied across the whole hat with no contrast. Retail is $65 and the release is set for July 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern, part of the morning half of ACG's trail apparel launch that day. It shares that slot with a bucket hat in the same Radical AirFlow fabric, offered in Anthracite and White, plus the Chamo Camo tees and shorts.
