The Tokyo boutique atmos, founded in 2000 by Hidefumi Hommyo, first worked with Nike on animal print pony hair sneakers in 2006. This DLX version of the Air Max 95 brings that idea back for 2018, covering the suede upper in a mix of animal prints, set against red, white and Classic Green accents through the eyelets and overlays.
Nike released the shoe on March 17, 2018 at a retail price of $160, alongside a matching Air Max 1 as the two halves of that year's 'Animal Pack' follow up with atmos. Pony hair panels carry the animal print treatment across the model's usual ridged side panelling, finished with the red, white and Classic Green accents that tie the pair back to the 2006 original.
