Solo Fleece is Nike's cleaner take on the fleece hoodie, and this is the full-zip version. The fabric is a midweight blend listed at 82 percent cotton to 18 percent polyester, with a smooth outer face and a brushed interior, and Nike says the drape is slightly structured rather than slouchy, cut with room but not oversized. The zipper is two-way, so the hem can be opened from the bottom as well as the top. Details are where the range earns its name: a hood built to hold its shape whether it is up or down, a kangaroo pocket set in without visible bulk, ribbed cuffs and hem, and an embroidered rather than printed Swoosh.
The colorway pairs Birch Heather, a warm light grey, with black. Nike files the hoodie under lifestyle, and it is machine washable.
