Oil green covers the base of the Air Max 97 Futura's suede upper, moving into summit white, light silver and honeydew across the wavy overlay lines and heel. The single-tone suede build simplifies the layered look of the original leather 97 into one tonal surface, while the hidden lace loops and full-length Air unit stay unchanged beneath it. Honeydew hits pick out the lace loops and heel tab against the darker green base.
This women's colourway released August 10, 2023, at $180, arriving two months after the Futura line's Phantom pairing that June. The dark green and pale honeydew combination reads as an earthier, more muted option next to the greys and violets that round out the rest of the Futura releases so far this year.
