Resin is one of two colorways for NikeSKIMS' Satin Shine suspender short, released alongside an Obsidian version. The short runs a 3-inch inseam and adds built-in suspenders, which Nike says are there to keep the waistband from rolling down rather than as a design flourish. The fabric is the group's Satin Shine blend (38 percent polyester with 31 percent each of spandex and nylon), quick-drying, with four-way stretch and a subtle sheen. Branding is a single matte silicone logo, and Nike lists the short as machine washable.
Retail is $88, the priciest short in the Satin Shine group, $20 above the 2-inch boyshort and the 5-inch and 7-inch biker shorts. The release is scheduled for July 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. Above it, the group climbs through a $108 cropped legging, $118 bonded leggings and a $158 cami bodysuit, while its bras run $58 to $78. Satin Shine is the largest of four fabric groups in a NikeSKIMS launch of roughly seventy pieces that morning, arriving with acetate Stretch Knit separates, Dri-FIT Stretch Nylon layers, a semi-sheer Weightless pair, sock packs and a cap.
