Obsidian is the darker of two colorways for NikeSKIMS' Stretch Nylon skort, a near-black tone released beside a Cobalt version. The piece layers a skirt shell over built-in shorts, and Nike lists each component separately: an 80 percent nylon, 20 percent spandex body, a nylon-spandex inner tight, polyester mesh, and a cotton gusset lining. Side pockets are included, and the waist is elastic with a drawcord. Dri-FIT construction pulls sweat away from the skin for faster evaporation, which is standard across the Stretch Nylon group. Care is machine wash.
Retail is $78 and the launch is scheduled for July 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. In the Stretch Nylon lineup the skort is the third-cheapest piece, above two $68 shorts and below a $128 oversized vest, $128 oversized pants and a $148 oversized jacket that share a shell and piping as a matching set. It is also the only skirt-based garment in a NikeSKIMS release of roughly seventy items, which otherwise runs through bras, leggings, biker shorts, knit separates, socks and a cap across four fabric groups.
