Cobalt is the brighter of two colorways for NikeSKIMS' Stretch Nylon runner short, released beside a Resin version. At a 2-inch inseam it is the shortest bottom in the collection, and Nike cuts high slits at the sides, as on a traditional running short. The shell is 80 percent nylon with 20 percent elastane; a brief liner in a polyester-elastane knit is built in, with a cotton gusset lining behind it. Dri-FIT construction moves sweat off the skin, and an elastic waistband with a drawcord handles closure.
Retail is $68, matching the group's 5-inch track short, and the release is scheduled for July 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern. Above them, Stretch Nylon runs to a $78 skort, a $128 oversized vest, $128 oversized pants and a $148 jacket. The group is the Dri-FIT portion of a NikeSKIMS launch of roughly seventy pieces, which also covers Satin Shine bras, leggings and biker shorts, acetate-blend Stretch Knit tops and pants, and a semi-sheer Weightless legging and tee. Where the track short adds hand pockets, this pair leaves them off in favor of the side-slit cut.
