JJJJound's take on the Club C 85 swaps the model's usual bold branding for a quiet white base, working space grey and chalk into the panel stitching and sole unit instead. Reebok priced the collaboration at $150 and released it May 16, 2019, built on the tennis shoe's leather upper and perforated toe.
The Club C traces back to 1985, when Reebok built it as a club level tennis shoe under designer Paul Brown, and by the mid 2010s the retro had found a second life as a design collaboration platform. JJJJound has returned to the Club C repeatedly since this 2019 release, treating the tennis shoe as a canvas for restrained, tonal reworkings rather than loud graphics or heavy overlays.
