Three neutrals do all the work. Cloud White leather forms the body of the shoe, Wonder Beige softens the overlays and the lining, and Wonder Quartz, a pale pink-grey, appears in the smallest trims. Nothing here is high contrast; the shoe is read through material and stitching rather than colour blocking, which is the usual reason a leather Forum is finished this way. It went on sale on 3 July 2023.
Mod is the label adidas gave the pared-back reading of the Forum in its 2023 catalogue, and it sits alongside the 84, the CL and the ADV as one of several ways the brand has re-cut a shoe it first sold in 1984 as basketball footwear. Leather remains the defining material of the line, and on a near-white pair it will yellow and crease into something closer to the beige trims over time. The neutral range also makes this one of the easier Forums to build an outfit around, since there is no single accent colour to work with. The serrated Three Stripes stay on the quarter panel, cut in a tone barely separated from the panel behind them.
