Green suede against a warm beige is one of the safer bets in the Gazelle catalogue and one of the reasons the model keeps selling. Collegiate Green is the darker of adidas' two main greens, closer to a bottle shade than to the brighter court tones, and it takes dye evenly across suede so the nap looks rich rather than patchy. Wonder Beige, a soft off-cream, handles the serrated three stripes and the heel tab, and the pairing lands somewhere between a collegiate palette and a country one.
