The Track Suit Pack borrowed its palette from the adidas apparel side rather than from the shoe's basketball past, and this is the dark pair in it. Core Black leather covers the upper, Cloud White runs the serrated Three-Stripes for maximum contrast, charcoal fills the supporting panels, and red appears as the accent that gives the makeup its name.
Underneath, the Superstar is unchanged: a rubber shell toe moulded across the front, a leather heel patch carrying the Trefoil, and a rubber cupsole with a herringbone tread. That combination has been in continuous production since the shoe arrived as a low-top basketball model in 1969, and it is why a new colourway reads as familiar on sight. adidas listed it at $100 with a December 25, 2023 release date.
