A narrow lime outline traces the forefoot and heel supports on the Anthony Edwards 2 Black Lime Burst. Most of the upper remains black, including the mesh between those shaped pieces, so the border defines their geometry. Lime also covers the rubber outsole, bringing the accent color beneath the foot as well as around the upper. The edition's identity comes from this outline-and-base arrangement.
The AE 2 develops Edwards' adidas signature line through separate systems for cushioning and containment.
