Human Made, the Japanese label run by NIGO, brought the Campus into an adidas Originals capsule in August 2020 that also covered the Stan Smith and Rivalry. This Light Blue pair breaks from the model's usual suede, building the upper in nubuck instead for a softer, slightly hazier texture. The colorway itself stays pale throughout, pairing the blue with a Footwear White base and an Off White sole rather than reaching for contrast.
Human Made's own branding carries the design: the phrase 'Gears for futuristic teenagers' runs across its white leather Three-Stripes, and a red heart logo sits on the heel tab where the Campus would normally show a plain leather panel. An off-white rubber cupsole finishes the shoe in the same aged, vintage register as the rest of the upper. It released August 6, 2020 for $150, alongside a grey companion colorway called Light Onix from the same capsule.
