'Pride' takes the Campus 80s away from its familiar suede and into leather, a switch that gives the low top a smoother, glossier surface. The build runs mostly off white, with core black covering the stripes and heel tab for contrast, and a low cut collar with a foam lined tongue that carries over from the rest of the 80s range, itself a bulkier build with a thicker sole and fuller upper than adidas' Samba or Gazelle.
The colorway released May 9, 2022 at $100, in line with other Campus 80s pricing that year. Leather is a less common choice on this model than suede, and it changes how light catches the upper compared with a suede pair's soft nap, giving this off white build a cleaner, more polished look.
