Pharrell Williams reworked the Superstar into something considerably heavier for 2025. The Superstar 92 is a supersized build, its volume drawn from 1990s skate shoes and ski boots rather than from the low-top basketball original, wrapped in thick Core White leather.
Black runs the serrated Three-Stripes and the back tab, which carries a debossed Trefoil, while the rubber shell toe is finished in a yellowed off-white so a new pair looks aged out of the box. A durable cupsole sits underneath. The tongue is stamped Virginia, a reference to Pharrell's home state, and the launch campaign was shot in Virginia Beach with Clipse, the duo he has worked with since the 1990s. The white pair released February 15, 2025 at $200 through a small group of shops, ahead of a broader rollout the following month. A black and cream version ran alongside it in the same pack.
