An oversized white N stretches across the pale lavender-gray mesh of the New Balance Sydney Levrone SC MD-X v3. Digital Mist with Fresh Air carries the cool color through the tongue and eyestay, above a simple light foam wedge. A small rear loop and restrained SC MD-X branding finish the heel area, while metal spikes project below the narrow outsole. The large side logo occupies much of the upper without requiring a thick stitched panel.
This Sydney Levrone collaboration is a track spike designed for middle- to long-distance racing. FuelCell foam works with a carbon-fiber plate, and the spike pins are removable. Lightweight mesh includes sublimated detailing, while the conventional lace closure adjusts the upper around the foot. New Balance lists standard D width for this adult racing model. Its regular U.S. starting list price was $169.99 as of September 15, 2026.
