Zippers run down the tongue and around the heel of the New Balance TDS MSNB1, allowing its upper to separate into different configurations. This Tokyo Design Studio Niobium Concept 1 model converts from a waterproof boot to an outdoor mule or indoor slipper. An eVent membrane provides the boot’s waterproof barrier, while stretch ripstop, welded PU overlays and a neoprene collar form its layered upper.
Zinc Blue with Shadow Blue and Black combines blue gridded fabric with black reinforcement and a large dark N. Black zipper tracks circle the ankle, above a gray sculpted sole with blue accents in the tread. Small orange eVent lettering appears near the collar. A rubber outsole supplies the substantial tread beneath the convertible construction. Adult sizes are listed in standard D width.
