There are several Cool Grey Air Jordan 1 Mids and they are not the same shoe. This one pairs the grey with white, which gives the upper a clear division between base and trim and makes the shoe read as a two color makeup rather than a tonal one.
Cool Grey covers the toe, quarter panels and overlays. White handles the Swoosh, the branding and the midsole, and it is that white Swoosh, sitting bright against a mid tone grey, that carries the whole design. The Mid is the middle cut in the line, with the collar trimmed to ankle height and a padded tongue that is thinner than the High's.
