A yellow midsole covered in black speckles is the defining color feature of the grade-school Jordan 4 Tour Yellow. The leather and synthetic leather upper remains white, with black support wings and darker accents around the mesh-like side panels. Molded grey eyelets connect the laces to the wing structure. The bright lower band therefore carries much of the edition's color beneath a lighter upper.
The tongue adds another distinguishing detail: its removable Jumpman patch reveals Jordan Rare Air branding underneath. A separate Jumpman remains at the heel. Max Air cushioning sits inside the foam midsole, and rubber forms the outsole. The model keeps the Jordan 4's floating lacing supports and open-looking side panels, while the adjustable tongue detail and speckled yellow finish give this big-kids version an identity beyond the standard construction.
