About the GS Nike Air Force 1 High LE

An adjustable strap wraps the tall collar of the grade-school Nike Air Force 1 High LE. White covers the leather upper, laces and strap, with matching Swooshes and heel branding. The perforated toe and layered forefoot keep their familiar shapes inside the uniform finish. Because the colors stay consistent, the collar height and horizontal strap become the most obvious differences from the Low.

This big-kids version uses a padded tongue and collar above an Air-cushioned rubber sole. The hook-and-loop strap offers a separate adjustment around the ankle in addition to the conventional laces. Underneath, the pivot-circle traction pattern maintains a connection to the model's basketball origins. Triple White extends through the cupsole and outsole as well, leaving the material edges, perforations and fastening components to supply most of the visible detail.
