Varsity Maize laces cross the dark tongue of the Nike Air Bakin High SP, surrounded by red ribbed panels. Varsity Red / Varsity Maize / Black / White keeps the toe border, mesh openings and sole mostly black, with small white Swooshes interrupting the darker sections. The red ribs curve upward from the sidewall toward the lacing, exposing black mesh between them. A visible Air window sits within the rear sole.
The upper combines leather, textile and synthetic materials, with padding around the high collar. Max Air cushions the heel, accompanied by Air cushioning beneath the forefoot.
