The yellow-and-black upper draws those details from the Total 90 Laser football boot, including references to its strike zone. Total Ninety lettering appears at the heel, while a tinted outsole reveals a skeletal foot graphic. The design makes the football connection visible from above and below.
The shoe combines those references with the Air Max 90's own structure. Its long mudguard, molded accents and visible heel cushioning remain part of the profile, replacing the studded sole of a football boot with a sneaker platform.
