Wide bands cross the front of the Nike Air Max2 CB ’94, forming a much heavier lace structure than a conventional row of eyelets. This Black/White/Varsity Royal edition sets black overlays above royal-blue sections at the toe, sides and collar. Small circular perforations dot the dark panels, and blue Nike embroidery appears on the outer side. The white midsole rises into pointed waves along the forefoot, creating a sharp contrast below the upper.
Real and synthetic leather are combined in this high-top construction. Foam fills the midsole around a visible heel Max Air unit, and a rubber outsole wraps upward at the toe. A blue heel loop stands above the ankle, while the tongue and interior opening remain black. The wide front bands and sculpted midsole give the shoe its most recognizable side profile.
