Dinosaur Jr, the alternative rock band fronted by guitarist J Mascis, gets its own Nike SB Dunk High Premium in a build finished almost entirely in metallic silver leather. Purple stitching runs through the upper, with violet showing up again on the laces, interior lining and sole for a two tone finish that reads differently depending on the angle and light it catches.
The tribute continues on the heels: the left shoe carries the band's name in script, and the right shoe features the peace sign character that has served as the group's unofficial mascot. It released in February 2007 at $75, one of several music and pop culture themed Premium SB Dunks Nike put out in the same stretch of years.
