Todd Bratrud, the artist behind the Send Help name, first worked with Nike SB on a black, white and blue reef Dunk High released in 2006. This second collaboration returns to the same silhouette in 2013, swapping that palette for a black suede base finished with mortar grey overlays and dark raspberry accents for a moodier, more subdued look.
The Dunk High Prm SB keeps Nike's skate-specific build, including the padded tongue and collar and a Zoom Air unit for cushioning underfoot.
