Pure Platinum and Wolf Grey are close enough that the shoe reads as a single tone until you look at the seams. The paler grey sits on the base, the deeper one on the overlays, and the leather Swoosh is white, which is the only place the contrast jumps. Small details do the rest. The toe box is perforated, the collar is padded and cut low, and Nike branding appears three times: woven into the tongue tag, printed on the sockliner and embroidered on the heel tab.
The outsole carries the tread pattern Nike developed for indoor basketball courts, unchanged on a shoe that will spend its life outside.
