Bright red foam sweeps around the toe of the Nike Pegasus Premium, drawing attention to the sole beneath its nearly all-black upper. Black/University Red/Bright Crimson/Black keeps the mesh, laces and outer Swoosh subdued. The inner side adds dark red AIR lettering beneath a small Swoosh. Red continues along the visible cushioning unit and across the heel outsole, while the forefoot rubber remains black.
That outlined sole contains three cushioning elements: ZoomX foam above a sculpted Air Zoom unit, with a ReactX base below. The Air component runs the shoe's full length. Modified Waffle tread uses abrasion-resistant rubber, and openings through the underside reveal more of the red center. The men's road-running edition has a stated 10 mm drop and weighs approximately 325 g in U.S. size 10. Nike's regular U.S. list price was $220 on September 22, 2026.
