Built for road workouts and racing, the Nike Zoom Fly 6 uses ZoomX foam around a full-length carbon-fiber Flyplate. The Black, Light Smoke Grey and White edition gives that performance construction a restrained color treatment. A soft mesh liner surrounds the foot, and the upper includes synthetic leather and reflective details. Beneath it, a thin rubber outsole provides the road-contact surface while limiting the amount of material added below the cushioning platform.
The sixth Zoom Fly is lighter than its predecessor and centers its update on the combination of foam and plate.
