The toddler Jordan 3 Retro “True Blue” compresses the shoe's elephant-print panels into narrow bands around the toe and heel. White panels occupy most of the upper, with blue collar lining visible above the padded opening. A small red Jumpman sits on each white tongue. The complete White/True Blue/Cement Grey/Fire Red palette continues underneath: a blue sidewall rests over a white midsole edge, and a red circular section breaks up the grey rubber outsole.
The baby-and-toddler build combines leather and synthetic leather with foam midsole cushioning.
