A large black Swoosh extends across tan lower overlays on this Nike Air Max 90 Futura, appearing partly detached from the surrounding panels. The pale base and collar contrast with a black heel patch and dark exposed stitches. Nike's Phantom/Hemp/Sanddrift/Black palette also separates the white-looking sole wall from the black Waffle tread. Tan molded lace pieces and narrow tongue and heel loops add detail above the layered sides.
The women's Futura combines suede and textiles with molded plastic at the heel and eyestays. Sawtooth edging and the partially floating Swoosh alter the Air Max 90 outline, while heel Air cushioning and a padded low collar preserve its cushioned construction.
