The Cloudpulse Pro is On's strength-training shoe, and it is built the opposite way to a running model. Cushioning is limited to hidden CloudTec pods in the forefoot, enough to pad and center the front of the foot, while the heel gets a Focusboard for lateral support and torsion control. A low 6 mm drop and midfoot webbings keep the stance grounded and the foot locked in under load, and the Missiongrip outsole is specified for lifting at mid to high loads. The upper is a hard-wearing engineered woven material chosen for durability across repeated sessions. On rates the shoe at its highest stability level and lists about 365 grams in men's sizing, recycled polyester content and production in Vietnam.
