Most of the Bloc series puts a colour on white; this one inverts the formula. Black takes the larger share of the upper and Ivory Glow, a warm cream, supplies the contrast, making it the only pair in the set that reads dark from across a room. Leather rather than brushed hide gives both tones a clean edge where they meet. The launch date was February 6, 2022.
Reversing the base is the whole difference, and it changes what the shoe is for. A white-based pair is a spring and summer purchase; a black-based one works from October onward and hides the salt and grit that comes with it.
