The Suede XL landed in 2024 as a deliberately oversized reading of Puma's low top, with a fatter sole, a thicker upper and more padding than the original ever carried, drawing on the skate shoes of the late 1990s. Olive is the colour that best suits the XL's proportions. Bulk plus brightness turns cartoonish quickly, and a muted green keeps the added volume readable as a decision rather than an accident.
