Common questions about Capsule Toronto sneaker releases, raffles, and policies.
Release times and purchase methods vary by product. Check the retailer announcement for the time zone, raffle deadline and online or in-store requirements.
Before ordering from overseas, check whether this item ships to your country, which currency is charged, and whether taxes or duties are included. A store carrying a brand does not mean every launch is available internationally.
Check the current return policy before ordering, including the deadline, item exclusions, fees and refund method.
