Turbo is the adidas name for a pink that leans toward red, and it does all the work here. Cloud White covers the Primeknit, the midsole and most of the shoe, leaving the colour to land on the midfoot cage, the heel and the branding. On a silhouette that spends most of its catalogue life in monochrome, the split gives the pair an unusually graphic look without adding a second tone anywhere else.
DNA is the sub-line adidas uses to reissue earlier UltraBoost generations for everyday wear rather than racing, and the 5.0 designation places this in the later run of numbered updates. The construction stays recognisable from 2015: knit sock upper, plastic cage laced into the eyestay, wrapped heel counter and a full-length Boost midsole of fused thermoplastic polyurethane pellets. It was priced at $190 on January 3, 2022, in the middle of the range for that year, and the foam is left undyed.
