Disney character collaborations usually announce themselves loudly, and this one does not. The base is black, and the Goofy reference is carried in the detailing rather than printed across the upper, which leaves a shoe wearable by anyone who would rather not explain it. The character himself dates to 1932, when he first appeared in a Mickey Mouse short, and he has been a fixture of the studio's roster ever since.
Beneath the theme the shoe is a standard UltraBoost: a knitted upper, a midfoot cage laced through the eyestay to lock the arch, and a full-length Boost midsole made from thermoplastic polyurethane pellets fused under steam. It went out on July 15, 2020 at $180, the general release price for the silhouette that summer, with no collaboration premium attached. That pricing is itself unusual for a licensed character shoe.
