Orange takes over the rear half of the Air Jordan 1 Mid Starfish. The heel and ankle flap share that color with the side Swoosh, while black covers the forefoot reinforcement and lacing area. White appears through the toe and quarter panels. The division gives the front and back different dominant colors, joined by the orange branding that crosses the side.
A Sail midsole introduces an off-white finish below the upper. Within that sole, foam and Air cushioning support the leather, synthetic leather and textile construction above. The rubber outsole carries the Jordan 1's familiar pivot-circle pattern, and padding surrounds the mid-height collar. The color placement is the distinguishing feature of this edition: orange follows the rear overlays and Swoosh, with black framing the toe and keeping the central lacing area visually separate.
