The Caitlin 1 is the debut model of a new Nike signature line, and Nike says the athlete worked directly with its designers on it. Cushioning comes from an Air Zoom Turbo unit paired with Cushlon foam, a setup aimed at staying controlled through hard cuts and step-backs. Above that sits Nike's Opticast upper, which the brand builds for lightweight lockdown rather than bulk. The detailing carries most of the story: a double Swoosh that references both her initials and the three-point arc, 22s and CCs molded into the upper, a signature on the heel and a logo at the midfoot. Each shoe also carries text reading 'It was never a long shot', with 'Shoot more threes' on the left and 'From anywhere' on the right. This pair is Racer Blue with multi-color accents.
Nike lists the shoe in men's and women's sizing and files it under basketball. As the first entry in the line, it establishes the design language later models will build on. Release is scheduled for October 1, 2026, at a retail price of $140.
