About the Nike Free Metcon 7 AMP

Dark lacing bands rise from the sides, while a bright pink rear loop stands above the collar. The purple sidewall shifts toward pink near the ground, with pink also filling a small outer heel panel around a dark Swoosh. From below, bright pink dominates the segmented forefoot and circular heel grooves.

Nike Free construction pairs heel foam for stability with softer foam through the flexible platform. A webbed lacing system and inner sleeve provide containment around the lightweight textile upper. This AMP version explicitly includes a full-length rubber outsole for surfaces including turf and concrete. The dark striping separates the upper from the intense pink contact surface without hiding the support bands.
