About the Nike Free Metcon 7
Webbed lace straps cross the gray mesh of this men's Nike Free Metcon 7, making the updated closure a visible part of its design. Nike pairs that system with an inner sleeve for midfoot containment, replacing the previous Flywire cables. The toe tip and side receive added reinforcement.
Nike Free construction combines stable heel foam with softer foam toward the front. Deep outsole grooves accompany that change in cushioning, cutting across the pale platform beneath the mesh upper. A loop rises from the tongue above the laces.
