The Nike Metcon 10 organizes its training platform around a Hyperlift plate beneath the heel and ReactX foam through the midsole. This Black, Anthracite and White edition carries the tenth model's updated construction into a neutral colorway. Engineered mesh forms the breathable upper, while a midfoot band tightens with the laces to help hold the foot over the platform. A heel cup and lace-tuck feature provide additional structure around that fastening system.
For this generation, the toe box is wider than on the Metcon 9, and the rubber wrap around the midsole is less bulky. Flex grooves accompany the foam cushioning to support movement during varied gym sessions.
