Small changes in finish define the women's Nike Metcon 10 in Light Orewood Brown/Phantom/Sail/Metallic Silver. Cream mesh, laces and sole blend together, while the silver Swoosh adds a shinier surface near the collar. The heel clip is a slightly deeper beige and extends behind the foam. Through the forefoot, the open mesh sits above a denser reinforced toe edge.
Its training construction combines ReactX cushioning with a Hyperlift plate beneath the heel. A midfoot band tightens with the laces, and the tongue includes a lace tuck. The rubber wrap is less bulky than the Metcon 9's, with a wider toe box specified for this generation. Pale triangular cells cover the underside, where flex grooves divide the forefoot tread.
