Barely Green/Steam/Light Silver/Black brings a pale green finish to the women's Nike Metcon 10. The open mesh forefoot transitions into a broad side panel, with black Swooshes near the heel and a black rubber edge at the toe. A darker green midfoot wrap rises from the outsole, where small triangular textures meet deep transverse grooves. The white-toned midsole and low heel clip keep these separate structural pieces visible in the side profile.
For training, the Metcon 10 combines a Hyperlift heel plate with ReactX foam and a midfoot band linked to the laces. A lace tuck manages the loose ends, while the plastic heel clip is intended to resist wear during handstand push-ups. Nike also specifies a wider toe box than the previous Metcon generation.
