A narrow split divides the front of the Nike Rift 2, interrupting its smooth silver toe. Metallic Silver / Vast Grey / Black places dark mesh behind the perforated upper, so the openings remain visible as small contrasting marks. The black lower edge follows the split before curving around the forefoot. Grey sole sections sit beneath the heel and front, separated by a narrower middle section.
The women's design uses a flexible upper with mesh underlays and a rubber outsole. Its full slip-on construction leaves the instep free of laces or a broad fastening strap. Curved borders connect the perforated front to the low opening, keeping the split toe as the main break in the rounded outline.
