Adsum's collaboration with Reebok covers the Club C Revenge Plus entirely in dark brown suede, from the upper down to a tonal heel tab. The New York menswear label's branding appears on that heel tab and on a woven tongue tag, while an embossed Reebok logo appears along the lateral sidewall. It released September 18, 2020 at $120.
The Revenge Plus name points back to the Club C's own design lineage; the shoe descended from Reebok's earlier Revenge tennis shoe before the Club C name took over in 1985. Here that history plays out in a low top built almost entirely from suede rather than the original's smooth leather, finished with a grey, semi-translucent rubber sole in place of the usual white or clear finish. The monochromatic brown treatment keeps Adsum's branding as the only real contrast on the shoe.
