Green, violet and metallic tones move across the molded shell of this Nike Air Flightposite. A black zippered shroud runs down the center, covering the laces and creating a continuous line from the tongue toward the toe. The darker closure area separates the two sides of the iridescent upper. Mesh vents on the inner side interrupt the shell with another material.
The Flightposite develops the molded construction introduced by the Air Foamposite One. A stretchy sleeve sits inside the exterior, with the zippered cover working around the adjustable lacing system. Zoom Air cushioning is concealed beneath the foot rather than displayed in a side window. Dusty Cactus and Persian Violet emphasize the shell's curved surfaces, while the black shroud makes the enclosed fit and reduced number of visible seams central to the design.
