The upper mixes lightweight leather with mesh paneling, keeping the shoe close to the running-focused build the model started from when it first came out as a runner.
Below the upper, a waffle-patterned outsole pairs with the full-length Max Air unit that has run through the 97 since it first came out as a running shoe.
