The GT-2000 11 is where the line's stability got quiet. Its LiteTruss element gives what reviewers describe as very gentle arch support, unintrusive enough that runners with flat feet notice the shoe holding them rather than pressing on them, a long way from the rubber medial walls and plastic shanks GT models carried a decade earlier.
The midsole is FF Blast in two densities, a softer white layer over a firmer green compound, so the shoe cushions without going vague under load. Lab measurement put the real stack at around 30.7mm heel and 24.7mm forefoot for a 6mm drop, lower than the 8mm ASICS advertised. Weight lands near 9.7 ounces.
